1.  Upon contacting us within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product and notifying us at e-mail: info@tcsike.com you can request a replacement or refund.

2.  The product must be accompanied by all shipping documents and proof of purchase and shipped to our facility.

3.  The returned product must be in the condition in which it was sent by us and received by the customer, complete and undamaged. The product must be in its original condition, its packaging must not have been opened or labels removed and must not have been used, with all its parts, accompanying forms and packaging in perfect condition. The return of the item will only be accepted if the buyer has first paid any amount charged by the company for sending the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item. Otherwise, we have the right not to accept the return and the item will be returned back to the customer-sender at his own expense.

Returns will NOT be accepted on personalized products or products that have been custom-made according to specifications set by the buyer, as well as on products the return of which is not permitted by law.

The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the approval of the request, using the same payment method as the one you used for the purchase, unless you have chosen cash on delivery as a payment method, in which case a deposit will be made to your bank account.

4. If the product has a defect within 14 days of receipt, the customer must notify us immediately and is entitled to repair without charge or replace it with another product of equal value or in case of unavailability with another new product of equivalent quality and price, unless this is impossible or requires disproportionate costs or is entitled to withdraw, unless it is a minor defect. In this case, the return of the product will be made by the transport company we work with, at your expense.

5. If the product has been sold with a gift, then it must be returned with the gift.
