At Color Your Wish we love creating unique designs for you! Because our graphic designers spend a lot of time on each client, we apply three basic rules for our smooth cooperation:

1. First the Order, Then the Design
We only begin the creative process once the customer has completed their purchase in our online shop. In this way, we dedicate the time required exclusively to your project.

2. Two Free Corrections
We listen to your ideas and adapt the mock-up accordingly. We give you the option to change details (such as colours, sizes or fonts) up to two times, completely free of charge.

3. Costs for Additional Changes
If the client requests a third amendment or a completely new design from scratch, we add a small graphic design fee to the final amount, which covers our team's extra time.

At our company we prioritise the quality and reliability of every print. Certain products require special materials or high-specification processing, which depend on external suppliers. For these specific items, delivery time may take up to 10 working days.
